Is this the same as the Seachem Prime I get in the red labeled bottles, but just larger?

Never tried the first product and the second is prime but it is labelled for ponds. Not sure if it is any different in composition from the prime I use. I get my prime from Big Als . I get mine from the Canadian site though.
