Anything I'm missing???

Okay so before I begin my setup of my 180g freshwater just want to make sure I'm not forgetting anything. I have:
2 Fluval fx5's w/media
1 500w titanium heater
Sand substrate
Master API test kit

Anything else I should look into before I start my setup n cycle???

I would get some kind of cheap thermometer to double check temps from time to time. Also do you have water conditioner yet? I recommend prime. Another thing to think about is lights. Do you plan on having any plants?

I don't plan on having any live plants, the fish I have would probably rip them all up, I do have a light fixture, can't remember the name of it tho lol i bought it awhile off of craigslist.. here's a pic of how bright it is tho
