Aquarium help!

I have a ten gallon freshwater tank. I have had it for a month and recently got a betta, two black fish (which I have forgotten the name of), and a mini catfish. about a three days after I got the fish the tank clouded up and has looked "dusty" for about a week. I have an appropriate filter on the tank, and I changed the water, but nothing has worked... any ideas?

Sounds like a bacterial bloom. Completely normal in a new tank.

My guess is your tank has not cycled, and the addition of those new fish has caused an ammonia spike. Try those articles to help get you started, I realize the last one is for fishless cycle but it still has a lot if helpful info. Hope these help
