Aquarium salt bath?

Can someone please give me step by step instructions. Ill be doing a salt bath for my betta.

I've never done one for a betta, but I needed to do one for my goldfish. I looked on youtube and found several helpful videos. You might try that. It worked well. Just make sure you stay around while you do it. I had to jostle my goldfish several times while it was in the salt.
