All four of the brands named are excellent. Unbelievable how much better the foods are now compared to years ago. I'll bet you could feed any of those brands and not tell a dime's worth of difference. OS.

I previously used hikari almost exclusively but I have switched to new life and have seen improvement in my fish' activity and color. Omega is a great brand also though. All are good, comes down to preference I think.

It's good to feed your fish a variety of foods as well, so you could feed all 4
I like to give my fish a variety of flake, cooked veggies, and frozen bloodworms, brine shrimp, and glass worms every few days.
