Betta deaths answered

Finally know what's been happening to most of my female Betta's, I have 2 rather large decorations in my tank and they are getting getting trapped behind and under them :? , I just found one behind the decoration and it was completly intact (*other than being dead) , I have now moved the things out about 1 1/2 inches from the back and buried the bases about 1/2 inch. Hopefully this will solve the problem.

Yes, that happens all the time with my bettas, I suggest for you to redecorate your tank with stuff that doesn't give them the chance to get suck.

Why are they such nosey fish? I have been watching my betta as he tries to figure a way to get behind his box filter. He is sure there must be something great back there. Ahhh. Sorry about your deaths, but I am glad to hear you figured out the problem.
