Betta tank mates

All inverts I have had in my tank have died with in two days. I use Prime and drip acc up to three hours depending on the temp of the tanks.

Hmmm. How are nitrates when you tried? Some of them are sensitive to nitrates.

Ammonia 0
Nitrites 0
Nitrates >5(highest >10)
Temp 80 F

Tank 5 gallon
Led lights
Sponge filter for up to 20 gallons
1 year old
Moss ball, Java fern, lucky bamboo(leaves above water), duckweed, and silk plant

And 20% water changes every Thursday treated with Prime
