So I went out and got some more decor for my tank to try and keep the colored skirt tetras from chasing my neons. I bought what I could afford at the moment and it's far from done, but do you all think this will help!?

Better but recommend adding some bushy plants like cabomba (guppy weed) when affordable. It grows like crazy!
