Dojo loaches are the best from my personal exp. they will suck everything in and spit out the sand through their gills. My sand is always clean.

Malaysian trumpet snails(mts). If you go with these, do not overfeed, they will reproduce like guppies. And they dig through the sand aerating it.

I think your best option would be the malaysian trumpet snails.
