So I just added some Cabomba to my my 20 gallon tank which is full of platies, guppies, and neon tetra... holy cow. My fish are acting like I just added a theme park to their tank. What's so great about this Cabomba to them anyway? They didn't care when I added other plants like Hornwort, and Moneywort. The Moneywort they destroyed mind you! Any idea?

I have noticed this several times with this plant and fish. I think it is the fact that it tends to carry more micro organisms then most plants. But that is only with some batches. Just lots of food.

Cabomba makes good cover for fish, and its soft so fish don't mind brushing against it. Good luck keeping it in one piece... tends to be a messy plant if there's high flow or low light. Grows fast too.
