Ok heres my line up 3 sydo 2 Rainbow sharks ( if two is fine) and rosy barbs and golden barbs

If you really want angel fish, then Tiger-Barbs are out, but there are other Barbs you could consider. The Gold and Rosy are good choices.
Tiger-Barbs however are very active and entertaining fish. They do get a bad rap as fin nippers (which is well deserved) but if you keep them in a shoal of 5 or more, they focus that aggression more on each other. A shoal of the three types of TigerBarbs (Albino and Green Tiger are the other two) look really nice. Add to that 4-5 Black Ruby Barbs and Odessa Barbs (need males mostly) and you've got a very colorful tank!
