I have 2 bosemani rainbows 3 leopard catfishes 5 harlequin rasporas and ahill stream loach any Oddballs that could be suitable for my tank or Or centrepiece fish It is a 20 gallon tank.

I would trade the boesmani out for praecox rainbows. The praecox rainbows are beautiful fish and are far more suited for your tank than the boesmanis.

Do you have the heavy flow in the tank to keep a hillstream loach?

Yes I have a high flow and I like my boesmani rainbows but are there any oddballs or centre piece fish I could get??

Boesmanis really really need a 4ft tank or longer. They get stressed out when they are cramped. It's easy to see the difference in their behavior when they go from too small of a tank to one that is an appropriate size.

A nice centerpiece fish you could add to the tank would be a single dwarf gourami. You could also probably get way with a few different varieties of botia loaches.
