you have 3 schools of fish! That is too many for your size tank imo.
I would remove the 10 embers tetras.
Also, reduce the cories to 4-6. Ten is too many.
And, reduce the neons to 6-8.

The hatchetfish swim at the top of the tank
The neon tetras swim at the middle/bottom of the tank.
So that's a nice balance. They won't be bumping into each other.

The rams are your centerpiece.
And your dwarf cories are your cleanup crew/bottom feeders.

Definitely overstocked, way too much going on in the tank. I'd probably drop the cory school down to 6 and eliminate one of the tetra schools completely, if not then knock down the #'s on each down to around 6 as well.

Swapping seeded media over for a fish-in cycle is not that hard, just stay on top of your water parameters. If you do go that route only go with a few small fish at first till you are certain the tank is cycled, and then stock slowly from there on (rams last would be my choice).

ok thanks i will change that ...what kind of canister filter should i use

I think you should pm eco23 about this and get him involve... he is the expert on cycling tanks... :)

I think they've got it covered, thanks though ;). My guide for fishless has info, and HN1's guide and jetajockey's advice is spot in for fish-in.
