Difference between male and female danio?

Just curious if you can tell what sex a danio is... I mean I can tell right now because some of them are obese...pregnant (not dropsy). So I was just wondering for future reference...and curiousity

basically that is it, the females are a bit wider while the males are slimmer

if you look closely enough, the male danios have a slight yellow tint to them while the females are just silvery with stripes

thank yas. I just know my danios girls and boys because all the guys gang up on one girl and start swarming around her.

oh yes, my female laid eggs a couple days ago because now i have baby danios clinging to my plants and in between the gravel and glass

Yeah I've found some babies too, just i know they won't last long >_< my other fish will probably eat them if they find em
