Dwarf puffer in a large community tank?

Hi. I have a 90 gal with various tetras and barbs. I recently added a pair of kribs and I think they've killed a couple of fish (I haven't witnessed it but it seems too coincidental). I have a 10 gal with a single dwarf puffer in it. I'd like to move the kribs to the 10 gal but don't have another thank for the puffer. Can I put him in the big community tank or will he be miserable or make the other fish miserable?

IMO he'll make the other fish miserable unless you have super-fast fish that can avoid it's fin-nipping behavior.
