I recently purchased a Finnex Planted+ 24/7 (CRV version) and I am honestly a little underwhelmed by it. It is less bright than my original Planted+ (non 24/7 version aka version 1) and though the custom colors are interesting it is a niche i'm not likely to use often. I want to return it but i'm not sure what to go with. My tank is a 29 gallon (18 3/4 inches tall) and i'm looking for a decently high light. I plan on dosing liquid ferts but don't know if a fugeray or ray2 would be overkill. If anyone knows the intensity or has experience with these lights any advice would be greatly appreciated.
