Bought these at Petco tonight looking to give my goldfish some more variety and try out something new besides flake and freeze dried. What's very strange is I can't find info on these anywhere. Not on Petco's site, not on San Francisco Bay's site, not on Google shopping, nowhere. Why are they so obscure??

I've seen those at Petco myself but I never tried to look them up until now. Maybe it's a Petco exclusive?

I am guessing it's very old stuff. A search here turned up a post from Jan 2010 on them. It's not in San Fran Bays catalog which I picked up today from LFS

What kind of goldfish? Flake, freeze dried & floating are not a good idea for fancies that are prone to buoyancy issues. Single tail siblings have a different anatomy & can handle it a bit better. :)

One is Moor, one Ryukin, one Fantail. I haven't been able to kill em yet but I will read up on it.

Feed them a quality sinking food such as Hikari or NLS or switch to homemade gel food in addition to daily veggies. Its easier to prevent problems than to try to fix them. :)
