Fish tank temperatures are too high!!!

Aside from buying a chiller, what is a good way to keep my tank cool? I have a 130 gallon acrylic tank, and the temperature is nudging the 84 degree mark. Help please.

Put some ice in a zip loc and let it float in the tank until the desired temperature, turn down the room temperature if possible, close shades!

Run a fan along the water's surface and float ice in a ziplock.

You want to do the fan part because particles in the air could be blow onto the water such as dust.
