my baby guppies are babys any more well 3 are but the 4th looks like it was just born 3 weeks ago it looks like it isnt growing or anything help can you tell me what is wrong

It's not uncommon to have a runt in a group of fish of the same age, especially if from the same parents. If he is eating and having fun, nothing to worry about.
