Leave the edges of the lid raised so the water can leave the system and doesn't condense there.

I was thinking of something else with the lids closed. Any one else has this problem?

it happens on mine, but I don't really consider it a problem.
You can heat the glass which will eliminate this, but it's not cost effective (if the glass is the same temp or warmer then the tank water it won't condense) reptile pads may work, but doubtful.
a fan at the back drawing air out of the tank may help, but could lead to accelerated evaporation.
