Harlequin Rasbora - Aquarium Advice

Will they school like Cardinals? I saw a fish tank the otherday at a library with over 300 cardinals in it. When one turned they all turned. Was wondering if the Harlequin Rasbora were the same way with their schooling behavior? If so should I get 50 for my 175 gallon?
