Help identifying

I'm on vacation and the restaurant we are at has an African tank. I could identify the yellow labs and some peacocks but I'm unsure of the rest. Can someone help me out?

In picture two I see a gold barb (yellow fish) a rosy barb ( red fish) and a venustus cichlid.

Any guesses on pic 1??

It almost looks like a red tail barracuda.
