This tank has been one thing after another. For the last week or so I have had, what I at first thought were water spots outside the tank, a strange white algae, fungus, fish art, snail slime... idk. It starts out very small, like a pen point, and quickly grows. I cleaned it, and in just a couple days it was everywhere on the glass again. It looks like a water spot but on really close inspection that requires staring at glass for a minute straight like a weirdo, you can see that it waves ever so slightly so it may be slimy and about 1/16th off the glass. I tested my water which has generally been really good. Currently the water is on the low side for alkalinity, but that's it. I do have a couple of molly's acting a little stressed. They are much more active and darting around more than usual, and one is constantly wiggling, or I guess shivering, like its shaking something off. Also, most of the fish have been brushing against and bouncing off the leaves in the tank which tells me something might be bothering them.
Does anyone know what this is?

Looks like algae. Use a magnetic scraper or an original magic eraser (magic eraser works better for me) and wipe it off. I do mine about once a week or so because I get the same type of patches like that.
