How many more fish can i add

I need some advice on how more fish I can add to my tank. I currently have a 29 gallon planted tank. I have 6 peppered cory catfish, 3 diamond tetras, and 2 german blue rams.

Nice! I've never kept rams before but I would like to!
My first reaction is to add more tetras. Or to swap them for a smaller tetra and create a large school of them.

You CANNOT discuss stocking without discussing water change schedule and nitrate concentration. What is your water change schedule? What is the nitrate concentration?

I am currently doing 2 package a week

Nitrate is between 5-20 ppm it is hard to tell with the colors being so close

Before I stock new fish I have to make sure I am cycled. Had the tank for almost four weeks and the last few days I am getting a nitrite reading of around. 25ppm

I started out with 6 catfish then about 2 weeks later got the 3 diamond tetras and 2 gbr then I was getting 0 nitrate, and 0 ammonia
