hey can any one tell me what this pic is please. its in my mother in laws tropical fresh water tank. i have no idea as iam into marine saltwater. in the tank are a few different fish types and some apple snails and iam thinking they are the snail eggs. they are out of the water on the lid for the tank pic to follow many thanks in advance

is this normal for snails then to come out the water to lay eggs. and i take it if they are eggs its a good sign the tank is healthy
how many baby snails should we expect

Yes it's perfectly normal
Apple snails will reproduce in a wide variety of water conditions so not necessarily
And hundreds apple snails breed like crazy
