No...that would be a disaster.

Convicts hit 6" and need at least a 30g

Kribs hit 4" and a pair will get territorial. Mine weren't too bad. They might be ok in a 20L

Jewels are also aggressive. http://www.fishlore.com/profile-jewelcichlid.htm

Otos and Cories are peaceful and would be killed.

Just Google these fish and looking at adult sizes, tank requirements and water parameters and temperatures will tell you that these fish are not compatible.

For a 20L
Panda Corys should be in groups of six or more. They don't like very warm water so should stay at about 74-76f.

Otos also like to be in groups I would do at least 4 to 6 of them. They also prefer a live plants.

Nice schooling peaceful species like glow light tetras would be a good choice. again at least six. http://youtu.be/TWbDtIqcEJQ

if you want aggressive cichlids you need to get a much larger tank.

Doing a smooth sand substrate would be good for the Corys.

AqAdvisor is a good site to check your stock as well.

There are a gazillion stocking threads on here. Just search stocking 20g for lots of ideas.
