i'm not sure if any of you read about my aggressive gourami, but well... that sums it up. very aggressive gourami. i spoke with the employee at my LFS and he said i could give him to them. so tomorrow he gets a new home.

for the night, will it be ok to isolate him within the net of my fish-net?

i have him caught in it and the top just out of the water so he can't get out. will he become stressed or will a problem arise before tomorrow morning if i do this? he seems to be poking at the net quite a bit.

here is a picture for reference.

I've never done it,but it seems like it will be fine to me.Just turn off the lights and I would think he will just chill till morning....can't imagine why he wouldn't anyway...

For short term, I think that will work. I agree, turn the lights off. The fish will be stressed out from the confinement, but I predict it will make it through the night.
