I have a 29g currently and was wondering if my koi angel will eat my RCS? I will have javamoss and some plants so the shrimp can hide... but I'm not sure if they will be eaten in the long run. The angel is currently about 2.5 inches large fin to fin...

Yeah,
I wouldn't risk shrimp with an angel. Mine's even eaten by nerite snails and they're known to eat most things that'll fit in their mouths (including neon tetras).
