Loach question

Is it possible to mix different kinds of loaches in one tank?

Depends on the size of the tank and which species of loaches you want to mix. Most of the botine loaches are social fish, and really need to be kept in groups of 5 or more.

So could u mix a yoyo loach, a zebra loach and a clown loach all in a 30 g?

You could, but they won't school, and are more likely to cause problems with other fish.

Not to mention, a 30g is too small for a clown loach.. way too small

K. I think I'll stick to cories then. How many of them should be in a group at minimum?

If you have big enough groups of both they'll shoal, but not a lot. From learning, different cories species don't school together.

Well I'll read up on it and see what I can find. One more thing, do you think 2 German blue rams could get along with a male paradise fish. Ive heard that rams do sometimes like to stay towards the bottom of the tank and the tank will be densely planted. Will this work?
