Recently all my corys passed because my tetras or ghost shrimp or betta ate their tails off. I know it isnt fin rot, but is there any way I could find the culprit?

I'd suspect the betta personally, I have a betta in my 10g with 5 corys but he's never bothered them, too lazy lol, yours might be younger and more aggressive towards other fish

My guess would be the tetras. I've never heard of ghost shrimp hurting anything and bettas I believe will generally only harass other fish if they too have long flowing fins. Of course I could be wrong, but I've heard of tetras being fin nippers.

That's true, depending on the type of tetra, and they are faster and could actually catch the corys which I know my betta can't lol

I think it's the tetras. I'm kinda pissed. I like the corys more than the tetras.
