Oh that's a moss ball. Got it today and not really sure what to do with it! Endler livebearers, mollies, platies, lamp eyes and cories

I am unsure if I have too many plants etc

When vacuuming gravel do u just go around plants etc?

Yeah and then you can pick them up to get all the dirt out from under neath them
