New tank arrivals

I just got a couple bristlenose and a couple what looks like spotted pleco fry yesterday and i was wondering if it would be a good idea to put them in my 55 gal with the other pleco and fish. I want to add them but the last bristlenose fry i added hasn't showed up for some rime now and i dont see any bones or anything left from it. Themain pleco in the tank are common but two large commons, two medium sized, and 3 what seem to be dwarf commons, none seem to be aggresive at all since they have hiding places
