Nitrates/Nitrites really high!!

Sorry about that I was looking at an old test strip one, useless My mistake, it is a api test kit. It is just at 160ppm, but the nitrates still read above it.

Can you post your three main readings?:
Ammonia
Nitrite
Nitrate

Ammonia- 0.05 (I added some around 12)
Nitrite- 160
Nitrate- still to high to read
