Just got finished setting up my 20g long tank that will house GBR :)
I bought 4 TC pots from Home Depot as well as PVC elbows. How can I fancy these items up? I heard Krylon Fusion is ok to use and is safe to put IN fish tanks, is this true? How do I go about this safely?
I'd like to change the color of the pots and put some color onto the PVC pipes.
Also, I read coconut shells are awesome caves... Is this true? How do I go about doing this also?

Sorry for all the questions :)
I like DIY projects rather than spending $30-40 on a cave at Petco.

Also if anyone has pictures they can put up so I can see how you guys set yours up would be awesome!
Thank you so much!

I've seen people on here use aquarium safe silicone to glue gravel or sand on pvc to make caves.

Thank you, mikem.

That sounds pretty neat and a fun project. :)

I have 4 terra cotta pots that I'd like to use as caves but the awful color doesn't go with my color theme... I've read that using 100% acrylic paint, once dried and cured ( 5-7 days) and then cover with clear coat of epoxy is ok?

From what I've read on here, krylon fusion is safe for an aquarium. Just not sure on how long to cure.
