Hi,

I just joined a few days ago. I have a 29g and a 10g. I was wondering if i should get a powerhead for my 29g but i have baby dalmation mollies and baby red wag platys. I'm worried that the current will throw them around.
Also i have a whisper 40 on my 29g would an undergravel filter be needed?

Thanks, Thom

Powerheads aren't really needed unless you have a fish that likes a strong current. Your Whisper should be fine. If you really want more filtration or water movement, you'd be better off investing in a better filter. Something that hangs on the back like an aqua clear 50.
