About 2.5"... I thought Aussies where more red?

I have a school of 9 and not one is even a little red. Their bodies are a kind of bluish purple grey with yellow on the fins. Especially so in males

Melanotaenia inornata ... or a hybrid between that species (or subspecies of splendida ... depending on who you follow) and one of the other "splendida" forms. Unfortunately, many of the Australian rainbows available in the US are hybrids.
