I have a 10g with one betta in it. I gave the gravel a good cleaning removing about 5 gallons of water. I removed the gravel and put the sand in. I did clean the sand until the water came out clear. when I finished the tank was cloudy.

how long should it be cloudy? it is harmful to my betta? how about the bb in the filter?

I can move my betta to my 36g which has 4 cory cats, 8 neon's and 5 blue/red tetras in it. would this be too stressful to my betta?
