not that I know of. Your best bet is a LFS or an indoor gardening store.

On homedepot.com they have a t5 4 ft. Grow light that says high output, but it really doesnt cost much less than the real thing.

They're super expensive at my lfs :/
& the closest to any gardening supply would be a home depot or ace hardware
