toung fish?

At work today i found that we got the strangest fish in its called a toung fish i've never kept fresh water, but have kept salt for the past two years. the thing is this fish is really interesting i was wondering if any of you guys could give me the lo down on this little guy thanx

There might be a miss-spelling there. I *think* whats your trying to find info on is the tonguefish. Tis a flatfish from the family Cynoglossidae.
