Hi all, i just had my first batch of platy fry, 1 are the same tiny, 4 are twice the size, and two really fat hughe eyes born dead, any advice whats gone wrong here please

Aquarium Advice Obsessed
Sounds fine. Each batch of fry are expected to have some with deformities and some deaths.

I agree i had a batch of swordtail fry an one was born without his left eye. He's doin good he's just the runt. Also have a batch of sunrise/sunburst Platy born a month ago and some are twice the size an some triple the size of the smallest ones. It's normal some grow faster some don't make it at all. Strongest and smartest will survive its nature
