What brand of frozen bloodworms do you use?

From your experience what brand of bloodworms is safer/better quality?

Also, are glassworms any better than bloodworms?

I like the San Francisco Bay frozen foods. Or, rather, my fish do; I haven't tried 'em. Seriously, I'm not sure if I've ever noticed a difference in quality among different frozen foods I've used.

Honestly not sure if glass worms are any better or worse than bloodworms.
