What to do now

I had my favourite guppy die today for unknown reasons. It was laying on the gravel for the past couple weeks and finally past away. I'm not sure why he died but I don't think it's contagious. What do I do now? Should I do a water change or will the tank be fine as is

Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, Ph

Any time you have a death it's always good to be on the safe side and perform a water change
