Looks like you e got a male bristle nose, where'd ya get it? Males grow the bristles down their noses and females grow them around their lips and aren't as long bristles

What size is your tank? They are good plecos bc they only grow to around 6 in., therefore they most likely wont be stressed like most plecos when they are in medium sized aquariums. And they are cool to look at. I like their lighter brown color as opposed to a typical darker pleco too.

I have had him for almost a year and has stayed 3" he was in a 20 high with small africans now in a 20 long with a breeding pair of convicts.
