White spot on gold fish tail- plz help

How to cure tht white spot on tail..
I maintain water temperature at 26C

26 C is really high for gold fish, you want about 22c-23c. They are cold water fish and I'd remove the heater. It appears to be ich you can buy medication at any fish store to treat it.
