White spots?

Can anyone tell me what these white spots are? They are on the inside of the tank and will not come off with an algae magnet cleaner. Here is a pic:

This is something that I found on another site bit I will throw it out as I copy and paste


The white spots could be little crustaceans that thrive on uneaten food. Over feeding could also be the cause of the ich; it produces excess ammonia which, in turn, weakens a fish's immune system

The little spots look a lot like nerite eggs.

I do have 8 nerite snails. Should they be so hard to remove though?

Yeah, they do adhere pretty well.
