Wierd film on on surface of the water??

So I recently in my tank have had a lot of foamy bubbly type water on the waters surface, and now it's this wired type film. Any ideas what its from? To much water conditioner maybe?

I believe it's just biofilm. If you increase your surface agitation, it will go away.

You have bacterial surface film or dissolved organic compounds. Or it could be a combination of both. Surface agitation would make the oily film appearance go away. If you had foaming, then you are feeding too much and/or inadequate water changes.
