Will this instant cycle?

I moved Had 6 tiger barbs in a 10 gallon cycled tank - I just moved them to a 20 long. I put all the gravel and water from the 10 gallon and moved the filter over (which is rated for 30 gallons). I added 10 lbs of new gravel and a 100 watt heater. Do you think this will cause a mini cycle or is the tank essentially cycled already?

Hopefully, you wont have any issues! Just keep an eye on your water parameters for the next week or so & make sure everything stays stable. I hope you & your fish enjoy the new tank!
