your recommendation of power head

I just want to help circulate the water in the tank from one end to another, nothing fancy.

I guess it depends on the size of your tank & how much current/circulation you desire. I have 2 Aquaclear 50's on my 50 gal-they are fully adjustable in respect to direction of the flow & the amount of flow. Im sure there are other options out there as well that may have better features/functionality but for the price, these work for me.

oops! should have said it's a 55gal and a gentle sweep of debris toward the filter uptake on the other end of the tank.
