Yoyo loaches?

Are they decent in the scavenging role? Also are they more or else compatible with rainbow sharks?

I love my little yoyo, hes an great scavenger. Always digging in the gravel for food. And he'll be fine with rainbows

How many need to be in a group (usually size 6?). How many could fit in a 50 with around 6-9 praecox rainbows and 1 rainbow shark? Also a school of barbs, but that seems overstocked to me
