algae, ghost shrimp ,mystery snail

Just curious...my tank has been cycled for a week...its been running for over 2 months and just recently I've been seeing black and green algae growing on the substrate....will mystery snails or ghost shrimp take care of this problem?

I would use nerite snails, mystery,s don't really eat much algae mine prefer vegi,s.
